Changes to the way you transact via internet banking! Update your contact details now.

Effective from Saturday 19 August 2017, we’re implementing Two Factor Authentication to ensure your banking with us is secure when transacting online. This is part of our ongoing commitment to member security online.

To ensure you’re prepared, make sure we have your correct mobile number on file. To update your information, simply:

1. Send us an email enquiries@cu.com.au;
2. Call us on 1300 864 266;
3. Send us a secure message via internet banking; or
4. Log into internet banking and update your details under ‘insert section here’.
