As part of our ongoing commitment to member security, we’re implementing Two Factor Authentication from Saturday 19 August 2017 to ensure your banking with us is secure when transacting via internet banking.


Two Factor Authentication, or 2FA, is a security measure we have in place to ensure we’re able to verify your information two ways. It allows us to prove your identity when making a transaction via internet banking and ensure your banking with us is secure.

You’ll need to use 2FA when logged into internet banking to do the following:

• Change your contact information, including your phone number and address;
• List of authorisation requests;
• Open a term deposit;
• Change your password;
• Change your login name;
• Transact to non-registered payees;
• Create or update personal payees;
• Create schedule batches; or
• Authorise requests.

Update your contact information. We need to ensure we have your correct mobile number on file to ensure that from Saturday 19 August, you’re able to continue to transact online with no disruptions.
